Service Description

The lockers can be found on the Library's Entrance floor (ground floor) and are intended for the use of the registered users, while they use the Library’s services and resources.

The lockers can be used from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm.

How to Access this Service

This service is available only for Library's registered users.

How to proceed

To use the lockers you should follow these steps:

• go to the ground floor’s help desk and request the use of a locker;
• use the locker with the same number of the key that was handed to you;
• return the key when you no longer need it at the same desk where you picked it up. The lockers are loaned daily;
• a receipt will be issued to you, stating that you have returned the key.

Lockers' Regulation

1. the use of the lockers is intended only for the registered users of the Library;
2. the use of the lockers is daily, following the Library's opening hours (8:30 am till 7:30 pm);
3. to use the lockers you have to collect a key at the help desk on the Ground floor and you must also return it when you no longer need it;  if you don't return the key until closing time, you will have to pay a fine of 0.50€ for each day you are late;
4. while the situation is not regulated by the user, the Library's user account will be blocked;
5. if the key is lost, the user must reimburse the Library for all the expenses supported by the Library.
