Service Description

This service gives direct support to the user in the bibliographic research of the information resources provided. This aims at the improvement of the users’ access to the information and knowledge, according to the quality and appropriate standards.

How to Access this Service

Any member of FEUP or any registered user can request this service's support.

How to Proceed

The support requests have to be submitted to the Research Support Area in one of these ways:

• Via email to the following address apoioapesquisas@fe.up.pt
• By sending a Trouble Ticket.
• By requesting the direct support of the floor attendants at any help desk on the Library floors.
