Periodicals, Standards and reference Works (dictionaries, encyclopaedias, etc.) are not available on loan. In exceptional cases, when duly justified, loans may be authorised by the Library Director for limited periods.
Marked documents:
Documents marked with a red circle () are not available on loans;
Documents marked with a green circle () are available on loan for three days only.

(1)–requires the Project cost centre to be identified;
(2) – requires the discipline and the work to be acquired by the Department or Course identified;
(3) -requires the work to be acquired by the Service and directed towards a specific task required to be identified
(4) - requires the work to be acquired by the Service or department for regular consultation (dictionaries, laboratory manuals, etc.) to be identified.
During the holidays or when classes are interrupted, the users can extend the documents’ loan period. The system will automatically change the return dates. The calendar is available on the Library’s Catalogue.
