Service Description

This service makes documents available for short-term/temporary loans. These documents are usually not available on loan.

How to Access this Service

The periodicals, standards and reference documents cannot be loaned. The occasional loan of these documents can be made possible, when previously authorised by the Library Board. The request can be made daily, from 8:30am to 5:30pm. The answer will be given within the next 24 hours.

How to Proceed

To make a special request, you should follow these steps:

• Identify the documents you wish to request, by searching in the Library’s Catalogue and going to the floor attendant at the help desk;
• Present the your user’s card;
• Fill in the "Special Requests form" (PDF | 92 kb).
• After your request is evaluated – and approved – the documents must be handed in at the scheduled day/hour.
